Refund Policy

  1. If the size is incorrect, you may request a size exchange within 3 days after receiving the item.
  2. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your parcel if there are any issues with your order.
  3. Proof such as photos or videos may be required for verification purposes.
  4. Refunds or replacements will be processed after the inspection and approval process.
  5. Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, unwashed, and with tags/packaging intact).
  6. Exchange or return requests may not be accepted if the request is made after the stated timeframe.
  7. Shipping fees for returns or exchanges may be borne by the customer unless the error is from our side.
  8. We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange that does not meet our policy requirements.
